Where is this dress meant to sit?

I bought this dress in the collectif sale, I really like the colour and shape but I’m not sure if it’s siting right. The top bit seems very low to me like it’s falling off!

Can the sleeves go a bit higher up your arms?

It does look like it should be sitting a big higher. It’s a beautiful dress and you have a wonderful figure OP.

It doesn’t stay up if I wear it any higher. I’m a pear shape, so I went up a size so it fit over my hips. Unfortunately now I think it’s too big on the top

If you love the dress then it should be possible to get it altered so the top would fit a bit higher up
