Hi really would like some advice or assurance ...

I had profhilo on Wednesday and a couple of days later this popped up on the right side of my face. Is this just bruising? I know that bruising is a side effect but it's really quite green! Blush

A little bit panicked! Please help!

Thanks!

Looks like a bruise to me.
If you’re concerned, ring your practitioner but that should cover easily with some concealer and will probably disappear within a week as it looks very faint.

This colour bruising indicates the later stages of a bruise.
It's healing nicely and looks completely normal.

(I am an Aesthetics practitioner and do Profhilo regularly)

I have no experience of aesthetic injections but it doesn't look that bad, some people do bruise a lot easier than others.

I did a few sessions of medical botox for TMJ (NHS) a few years ago and always ended up with similar bruising despite them saying it wasnt that common. It also bloody hurt so I'm not surprised it bruised, it's a needle into soft tissue.
