If any?
To wear in autumn /winter with midi dress and thick tights?
Thinking about these to replace the white trainers dress idea into winter. With a jumper on top.

1st pair for me.

JacquelineCarlyle · 07/08/2021 21:51

1st pair for me but I'm 45 & my kids think I've terrible taste, so just to warn you!

Rollerbird · 07/08/2021 22:06

Hmm 🤔
I'm between 1 and 3

I was going to say 2 as the contrast makes them a bit more interesting for a casual look. 😆 between 1 and 3 definitely 1

MyNameForToday1980 · 07/08/2021 22:12

Take a look at Camper black trainers. They're my go to, always super comfy, often slightly interesting (I'm not a lover of Puma trainers, but that is literally just my opinion, and they're not my feet Wink )

I like pair 2!

RadioSixMusicLover · 08/08/2021 11:21

They’re all a bit orthopaedic looking, very clumpy. I like white trainers but they are a bit ungainly in black. Just my opinion.

goose1964 · 08/08/2021 11:30

Anything but Pumas, they're hard on the heels

Rollerbird · 08/08/2021 11:33

Ahh didn't realise that about the heels.
I like the pumas but want comfort!

liveforsummer · 08/08/2021 11:36

If you're buying from eBay why not get both?! Grin

SkiingIsHeaven · 08/08/2021 11:42

No 1 for me.

I have had pumas and they are great for a while then degraded at the back and shredded my heels. I might just be unlucky though.

The kids also called my pumas my little boy shoes.

I now have Van old skool pride trainers. Love them.

I like the first ones, the third ones are a bit ugly.

Rollerbird · 08/08/2021 11:50

Like the vans 😍

Rollerbird · 08/08/2021 11:52

Are vans comfort equivalent to converse all stars?

OP posts:
MerylSqueak · 08/08/2021 13:20

I don't really like any of them I'm afraid.

MerylSqueak · 08/08/2021 13:25

DD has these.
Depending on your size the youth version go up to quite large sizes and are £55. 5.5 I think. They look good.

Black Nike Af1's, new shadows are nice, and have a platform heel. They are leather, so will wear better.

SkiingIsHeaven · 08/08/2021 15:08

@Rollerbird

Are vans comfort equivalent to converse all stars?
I have had 2 pairs of converse, one really painful and the other were fine.

Just wearing my Vans in but probably slightly more comfortable.

Boomclaps · 08/08/2021 15:26

Much comfier IMO

Thighdentitycrisis · 08/08/2021 15:40

If you must
I’d pick 3

Stevie6 · 08/08/2021 15:43

Converse you can feel every stone and bump through the soles! Can't beat some Adidas Gazelles imo

TheWashingMachine · 08/08/2021 15:48
