Please help - highlights! (Photo attached)

Hi I just had these highlights done. They're okay but a bit yellowey. I asked for ash / cool tones. Do you think purple shampoo would help here? Or blue shampoo? Or are they too straw like?

Did they put a toner on?

I think you should go back or ring them and say you'll be on on Monday for them to fix it. They are yellow!

A toner or use purple shampoo & leave it on for about 20 minutes.

They do look a little yellowy, you could try the purple shampoo or just go back to the salon, I'm having my hair highlighted Tuesday just half head, with Ash cool tones, its the first time since jan 2020, I have been putting some bleach on the top of my head with a highlighting kit just pulling a few through, but I can't do the underneath so good, hopefully it will turn out ok.

They are pretty yellow, I'd go back to the salon and ask them to rectify.

I don't have time to go back to the salon unfortunately. I have a 1 year old and Saturday is my only morning off and I'm away next few Saturdays. I will need to do something at home. Yes they did use a toner. The sample colour looked more ashy than it's turned out. Any recommendations for a toner I could use at home?

The Bleach London toners are the best you can buy on the high street. The Super Toner in White/Champagne Blonde will help.
