Baking Soda To Remove Hair Dye On Head

Hi. I don't want to use a stripper as it breaks my hair.

I've googled natural hair remover. Has anyone tried Baking Soda with Shampoo?

Thanks

Head and Shoulders shampoo will strip dye.

I've read that too thank you.

I've used bicarb + Head and Shoulders. The bicarb is quite abrasive, but it does work to an extent.

How long ago did you dye your hair? It works best when you're trying to clear hair that's been very recently dyed.

OP If you have been dying your hair for a long time it will not all come out. Only recent dye will be stripped and may leave your hair looking orange. I have used baking soda mixed with head and shoulders. The first time I used it lots of dye came out. I used it again and each time I did less dye came away.
It will not strip all the dye away.
I used colour B4 and that worked initially.
There comes a point when it won't shift any more dye and you have to stop.
I think I used colour B4 about five times and then I stopped and started conditioning my hair as it was becoming damaged.

Now I have about six inches of grey and am slowly cutting the coloured hair two inches at a time as it grows.

Alternatively you can go to a hairdresser. I wish I had done this as I spent about £50 on colour B4 over time.
