Hi all,
Having gained a few extra lockdown stone pounds, I need to replace some of my trousers, and am finding it really difficult! Im looking for trousers that are quite causal, but that can also be worn to the office (smart/casual) if necessary. Im in my 30s and size 12 on the bottom if that's relevant. Also have a big curvy bum so styles that are very skinny are not particularly flattering on me.
I ordered a few high waisted pairs from Whistles, and they look nice when I'm standing up, but completely ridiculous when I sit down due to all the excess material at the waist. This has put me off ordering anything else high waisted!
Also tried a few pairs from hush, but they are made of a thin, viscose type material, which creases as soon as you look at it, and is unlikely to wash well. Wouldn't have minded so much if they were cheap, but they are very overpriced considering the fabric.
Wondered whether anyone on here had bought anything nice recently, or had any suggestions on where to look?
I would like them to be machine washable and under £100, but am open to suggestions on style.
Thanks!
