Countess - allergic reaction. I get this if I wear make up that contains Lanolin.

Try and have a couple of days no make up, if too scared to do that. Take make up off STRAIGHT after work, keep hair off face and let skin breathe. DOn't put loads of crap on it trying to clear up lumps.
