Wedding guest outfit

I am hoping to go to a wedding this winter (covid allowing!) and I need to find a dress - if anybody has any recommendations it would be a great help.

I am 5ft 6
Size 16
Pear shaped with a bigger belly
Large busted so I need to be able to wear a bra with straps

I need:
Floor-length
With sleeves (I don't mind what type of sleeves but it definitely needs sleeves of some description)
I prefer darker colours (black is an acceptable wedding guest colour in my culture so black would be great)
I have Mediterranean colouring with dark hair and eyes

I will be wearing flat sandals
The wedding is in October
My budget is £250 max
I'm not a fan of satiny materials

Any suggestions of where to look or even specific dresses? Thank you!
