Help me tame my hair!

I go to bed with sleek locks and wake up with a birds nest. I have very straight hair that, come morning, looks like I've stuck my finger in an electric socket overnight. Is there some kind of hair cap you can wear to keep thinks tamed overnight (seen Kaz wear something in Love Island and thought maybe this is what that was). TIA

Or use a silk pillowcase.

I would love to know the answer to this too.
I think Kaz wears hers as her long hair is a wig and so she removes it at night.

I have a GHD hairbrush for a quick morning tame down.

I have silk pillow cases from LilySilk that help a lot. If you search online there's usually a blogger with a discount code I got mine from LabMuffin after she did a review.

Silke London do some beautiful sleeping caps but DH vetoed it. He's not a fan of the look.

Be wary of satin caps and pillow cases. They don't work as well at all.

I wouldn't sleep with hair down it ruins styling, either use low plaits or a high loose bun. I do this to prolong my straightened hair and it makes quite a difference.

A high loose bun has the added benefit of adding nice volume.
