New winter wardrobe

Help me out ladies.

I'm a SAHP who has spent the past 5 years in either maternity, nursing or baby weight clothes.

I've finally finished having babies, breastfeeding and have lost nearly all the baby weight. I've got about 6lbs to go. My winter clothes from last year are now 1-4 sizes too big and 4-5 years out of style.

I need a new wardrobe for the winter. Ideally I'd like some nice jeans and jumper combos.

So here's the question. What Jean, boot, jumper combos are in style now? Should I get rid of my skinny (or now baggies) and knee high boots?

For context I'm around 6ft, size 10-12 on top, 12-14 on bottom and size 9 feet.

Bumping as I’m in the same boat and could use some advice too! Although I’m 5 ft 6 and a size 14…

I would probably keep skinnies to wear with boots although replace for pairs that actually fit you. Asos have a great tall range and all the 'own brand' denim I have found has held up well although sizing can be all over the place so you may have to order several sizes and the next pair might be a totally different size even from the same asos range. I also like leggings and boots with a longer top or shorter dress over the top

I'm really not a winter person so my winter wardrobe is as small as possible but a good pinterest browse will help with ideas.
