Sweaty head

Wasnt really sure where to post this. Does anyone else get an incredibly sweaty head?
Im overweight so do get sweaty quickly but my head is just ridiculous. If i get even slightly warm my head/hair just becomes drenched. I have thick hair which probably doesnt help, but theres not a lot I can do about that apart from shaving it off!
Has anyone get any advice?

I’ve got a condition where I do t sweat except for when I’m in a hot climate and I perspire on my forehead and the back of my neck.

I have long, thick hair and think that might be the problem but I stop the perspiration by lightly spraying the top of my forehead and the back of my neck with anti perspirant.

Sanex is the most skin friendly one.
