How to put bra on when hot?

Looking for advice please. I'm a 36H and fasten my bra round my waist backwards so I can see the hooks to do up, then swivel round and pull up.

When it's really hot, I feel sweaty even when not long out the shower, and the bra sticks and is hard to swivel round my waist.

What are the best options to deal with this:

Re-learn how to put a bra on - slip on and do hooks up at the back? (I've tried and find this method really difficult to do - all my bras have wide bands with 3 hooks).

Buy a fan for bedroom to keep me cool?

Or do I just need to lose weight? I'm a size 18/20 and don't think I had this problem when younger, thinner, and had smaller boobs, but it's been so long I don't really remember....

I know I need to lose weight anyway, but just looking for some tips to help with this issue now. It's been a daily battle getting a bra on the past several weeks with the hot weather / heat in my house.

Silky scarf next to your skin, fasten bra band, swivel, pull scarf out. Really should only fasten from the back as twisting ruins the support but I struggle too and that’s with a 34 band.

I'm a similar size, I just fasten the band at the back (bottom hook first, then work upwards) before putting my arms through the loops. The main thing to remember is to "scoop and lift" your boobs after fastening, so that you catch all of the side-boob as well as main-boob in each cup.

I know the feeling! I just bloat up everywhere in the heat. I have a fan, have tried talc, but sometimes I have to give up and instead wear Primarks pack of three comfi bras that go over your head. Of course not as supporting as 'normal' bras, but guarantees to cover you up!
