Perfume samples

Any recommendations for places to get some? I've tried the Perfume Shop, but I specifically want to try some Dior ones and they don't have them, and neither does the Dior website! Where do you get yours from?

I've bought lots of samples inc Dior ones from Creed Perfume Samples. Not particularly quick delivery but free postage and very reliable.

Niche houses also tend to sell samples but can be spendy. 4160 for example do taster packs.

Atelier Cologne do sample sets, as do Zara, Juliette Has A Gun.

Dior are very on the ball about others selling their products, you can find samples and decants on eBay and a few of the websites above.

I reckon all the samples supplied to shops are sold off on ebay these days.

eBay definitely. Just look for good feedback / reviews. I’ve never had fakes and I buy a lot of perfume samples from eBay.

Excuse me for being thick but why don't you just ask Dior to send you some? Surely the purpose of a sample is to get you to try before u buy.

I didn't think I could just ask @LizzieMacQueen They send a free sample with a purchased perfume, but I don't know which one to purchase yet! Have ordered some off ebay, thanks all.

You can ask, but mainstream designer perfume houses are notoriously tight with samples. They’ll give you a card with some perfume sprayed on in-store, but rarely give away 1-2ml sample sprays anymore.

(Exception to this is sometimes for new releases, when they might have a big bundle of carded sample sprays as a promotion)
