Eyeliner advice

For years I've used liquid eyeliner, then switiched to those felt tip pens with the fine tips. But the past 4 felt tips that I've bought have dried out incredibly quickly (various brands - Maybelline, Rimmel etc - from various shops, so it's not just bad stock of something).
Any recommendations?

Do you specifically want a liquid liner?
I love the look of them but never been any use at applying them, now my lids are too old and crepey for crisp eyeliner, so I've downgraded to the smudgy pencil look

Soap and glory do one which lasts ages - called supercat. It’s my fave and I’ve gone through many over the years as I use a liner most days.

Avon true definition is a close second.

Barry M from Tesco would be third.

Rimmel dried up in no time at all!

The felt tip one I'm currently using that's been good is Clinique Pretty Easy -to the extent I've repurchased. It hasn't dried out at all; the first of a few I've tried that hasn't.

*when I say gone through many, I don’t meant many supercat liners as they last AGES I mean tried many brands - mostly as I lose them!

MAC Brushstroke liner is excellent. Really recommend it.
