Locket Necklace

I've decided I'm going to treat myself to something. I love the idea of some sort of locket necklace so it can contain an image of DS.
This would be to wear on a daily basis.
I go for small, dainty, classic & simple looking jewellery.
I seldom wear any at the moment as I don't have anything that doesn't have links to previous partners etc.
I'm thinking of spending around £200 or there abouts.

Any recommendations / suggestions?

Or what about a vintage one? Have a look either dealers on ebay or auction houses.

I have just been given as a gift a large oval vintage locket beautifully engraved silver made in Birmingham, love it!

Ashley Clarke do some beautiful ones. I have a tiny silver one I wear every day and I love it.

You get more jewellery for your money if you buy ‘old or vintage or used’ as you don’t pay VAT. You also want to buy something that will be classic and not go out of fashion.

I hadn't considered looking at vintage options so I will do some EBay research today!

I had seen Astley Clarke and I did like a couple of theirs but I hadn't heard of the brand before - good to know that it's good.
