I'm new to this and used it for the first time on Monday. I put it on very thinly and nothing much happened. I then saw pics of people who'd obviously put it on more heavily so I did it again yesterday. I had mild tingling, nothing to write home about, and I had some improvement in my skin this morning. I'm very excited about this. If I had only mild tingling might that mean my skin tolerates it well and would it be ok to do this more frequently than the twice weekly recommendation for a bit just to get my skin kick started? I'd be curious to hear from anyone who's used it more frequently for a brief period.

I still wouldn't use it more than twice a week tbh - it's very strong stuff and sometimes I think the effects can be cumulative, so you won't realise until a few days later. And definitely make sure you use sunscreen as well!

Thanks for your comment. I moisturised heavily last night with a serum, hyaluronic, night time moisturiser, a oil and then EA 8 hr cream. I have dry skin and often do this anyway but woke to it all having been soaked in and have put on factor 50 today. I have vit c stuff, which does help a little, so maybe I'll do that in between.
