Which home teeth whitening treatments are actually effective?

If any?! I know the dentist treatments are better but my dentist charges £450 which is beyond my budget. Are there any home kits which actually work and won’t damage my teeth? Thank you!

Crest white strips are the only kind with enough bleach, buy online and they come from America. They're illegal to be sold in the UK due to strength so any knock off on Amazon ect are not the same don't waste your money.
I've used them several times and they work great. The professional plain white and blue type work best.

I’ve used spotlight strips and had a good effect with those. You do get white patches for the first few days but these even up. Don’t bother with their whitening pen, it did nothing for me. You don’t get a bright white smile from the strips but they did ‘lift’ my teeth significantly.

Crest Whitestrips - they're brilliant. As previous poster said, they are only available from America. Worth every penny.

It's the moulds for your teeth that cost the money - once you have those you can buy dentist strength whitening paste online for about £50 (eg Phillips zoom nitewhite).

If you can find a cheaper place to get the moulds then do that. It's definitely worth the money because really it's the only thing that works properly
