Lovely dress, but beware because I've found Silk Fred to be a total PITA to deal with.

You only have 14 days to return anything, and may need to return different items to different addresses. Getting hold of their customer services is a nightmare, unless you complain on Twitter. After a recent issue I've sworn never to order from them again.
