Help hair gone orangey yellow in the sun!

I have mid brown warm coloured hair with a bit of grey. I had a permanent chestnut brown and some warmer caramel and coppery flashes put in a while ago. The sun has bleached the hell out of it and it looks really brassy. Help! Can I use a toner or a coloured conditioner to calm it down a bit? I only had the roots and a toner put in it 2 weeks ago and it’s gone back to brassy. It looked so good I could cry at how yellow it’s gone! I wash my hair every day which doesn’t help the colour stay. My hairdresser is on holiday or I’d ask her. Thanks!

If its yellow a purple shampoo can make it less yellow
If its orange a blue shampoo could help

Try purple shampoo as PP says.
If it’s more orange, a green one will help, Matrix Dark Envy do one and it’s really good (scary looking but works).

Green is for red rather than orange
Blue neutralises orange tones

Thank you! It’s just lifted so much! How can I get the darker chestnut tones back in? I’ve stupidly used a copper conditioner I had and it’s now orange at the ends as well as yellow arghh

This is what it was like when I had it done a few weeks ago.

Recuse the terrible hair as I’d had it in a ponytail but now the overly brassy bits have hind orange with the copper conditioner. Help!

Sorry forgot to proofread. Excuse the terrible hair. The brassy bits have now gone orange with the conditioner!

Blue shampoo will help. Matrix do a brilliant one. It's available on Amazon.

Sun or no sun, I find that toner has always gone from my hair within two weeks and the orange has been revealed. I'd put something blue on it. Or another toner.
