Long or short hair?

I have posted this is another thread but I think the photo I used wasn't a fair comparison.
Had my hair cut and really regret it!
Which do you think looks better? Long and dark or light and shorter?

Lighter

Lighter and shorter is my preference.

Both lengths are fine. The light hair is a bit too light and the dark needs to look less of a flat colour.

Lighter and shorter, the cut frames your face beautifully and the colour really suits your skin tone.
You could grow it back to the length of the darker cut, but keep the colour and the layers, they're much nicer.

The second pic drags you down a bit - I think overly long hair can make people's faces look drawn. If you have very thick curly hair and / or a fuller face then it is easier to pull off longer hair.

But you are very pretty whatever you decide.

Lighter looks nicer imo. Like a PP said, the dark is too much of a block colour.

Both pictures are of you with basically the same hair. The length is really not making a difference. The colour does - the lighter is much better but could be better yet with more texture.

I think you should consider shorter hair than that.

Where's the short pic? You look much better with lighter hair !
