Just that really. What process do you use, what's the cost and effectiveness and have you tried anything that you would not recommend?

Our local dentist does in chair whitening for £800 or they will make the trays and provide the gel for home kit at £500.

No idea how this compares with other options out there.

I'm currently using Boutique through my dentist but I'm having problems with it not working, however I know loads of people that have used it with no problems including my daughter whose teeth look amazing. So I think it my teeth that are the problem. At home with proper fitted trays, cost £300.

This brand rings a bell, I think this features on the local dentist website.

I got trays and mould through my dentist (Bupa if relevant) and they do Philips Zoom Day White gel as their at home option - leave on for an hour every day for 2 weeks.

It cost me c.£250 for trays, gel, fitting etc and the gel lasts for absolutely ages, so is good for a few of the above processes - easy to just refresh it every few months/as needed.

I have Boutique, it was £250 initially and then I pay £25 for each top-up.

Hydrogen peroxide

£1.20/ month

Swish morning and night and also protects
You from gun disease

Ive done it for years and am always getting compliments

I use 6% or 9%

Trays and gel. 250 quid from my dentist. Worked brilliantly. Don't bother messing around with anything else.

And once you have the trays you can do an annual top up by just ordering the gel from the dentist.

Colgate whitening strips - they work brilliantly but can make teeth sensitive.
