Ugh. My saggy tits.

Help with bras please ! I've just returned my third bra order because they gaped and looked shit. The ones I have are really old, tatty and also gaping at the top.

I've two toddlers and BF'd then expressed a lot. I've measured myself using boob or bust and have tried a variety of sizes and styles... and nothing works 😔

The problem is sagging, but more than that ... just... zero volume at the top. They used to be so bouyant and full. Now the top is flat as a pancake. Even "balconette" styles seem higher / taller in the cup than I anticipated and the top gapes. And it looks bad under t-shirts.

I think I need padding / gel pads in the bottom. Not to have an amazing wonderbra-esque cleavage, but just to push what I've got upwards to actually fill the cups ?

Has anyone tried this? Or any other suggestions please ?

I'm not sure why the word "professional" appeared in my last message! Typo

I have boobs with less full ness at top and a short torso
Google plunge high apex bras
Full cup or balcony are your enemies!

I will say I expressed and my boobs seriously flattened for a while.
10 years later they have been back to normal for a good few years now.
So if this is fairly recent don't give up hope yet it took mine a couple of years to recover.
