Shampoo & Conditioner for "normal" hair

Any recommendations? I have straight mid length hair, fairly easy to manage, not dry or greasy really.

I've always used Tresemme but I've felt it was leaving my hair a bit dry and brittle almost at the ends so after a change.

Needs to be gentle enough for frequent washes due to exercise routine but not so 'nourishing' it leaves a coating or weighs it down.

I find that the Boots or Lidl own brand ones or Alberto Balsam ones are fine. I think they're about 75p a bottle.

Faith in Nature products are lovely.

Have you thought about using shampoo and conditioner bars?
I have been using them for ages and really love them, my hair looks great. Also, they last ages and so much better for the environment.
I use Gruum in case you want to take a look.

Btw, I wash my hair daily or every other day due to my daily exercise as well.

I like the Garnier hair food range, my favourite is the papaya, but I think they have less moisturising formulations (maybe aloe vera?) for normal hair too.
