I have a really watery left eye (not sure why just that one!), & have perfected non-smudge mascara by putting a clear waterproof top coat mascara over my Lancôme Monsieur Big Waterproof one. Perfect! Except that first Clarins discontinued the brilliant Double Fix top coat , and now Nyx have discontinued their Proof It clear waterproof one. Aaaaarrrghhh!!! Has anyone got any other recommendations for a clear waterproof mascara which I can use as a bombproof sealer?! Thanks
