I’ve been looking at this…looks like a possible bargain at £24.99.

I know nothing about facial massagers, but think it may be a dupe for NuFACE? Has anyone used it? Wondering if it might be worth a go?

Oooh, thank you for posting. It's been 'delayed, coming soon' for a few weeks and I've been following it. It was only yesterday that I decided to give up!

I'm thinking the same as you. Periodically they do a dupe of the Foreo Luna for under £10 (the real thing is £179). I have one and it's brilliant, so I thought I'd give this one a go and see. Now off to order it!

Feedingthebirds1 · 15/07/2021 14:38

Ordered!

God know what happened there, I have an extra user name tagged on to mine. Hmm

Talisin · 23/07/2021 22:22

Anyone got one and started using it yet? Mine came yesterday but after reading the instructions I realised I was going to need a conducting gel and ordered some from Amazon, so tonight was my first go with it.

I wasn’t sure it was working at first as I felt nothing on the right side of my face but when I switched to the left I could just occasionally feel a tiny zap. Weirdest was doing from the side of my neck to just under my cheekbone - it made my earlobe tingle every time. Obviously won’t know if it’s doing any good for a while yet but it seems fairly hassle-free to use at least.

I used the (start around four minutes in) for an idea of a routine to use.

Feedingthebirds1 · 23/07/2021 22:31

Mine still hasn't been delivered (though they keep sending me updates, so I know it will get here). I have some gel already, so will start as soon as it arrives and report back.

Hi all, on the back of this thread, I ordered this facial massager. I have a quick question though; there are 5 intensity level lights. The instructions state "each level is indicated by the corresponding number of blue LED lights being lit".

That, to me, reads that for level 5, then all 5 of the lights should be lit. However, mine only shows one light (so the 1st light is lit for level 1, 3rd light lit for level 3, 5th light lit for level 5, etc).

Can anyone who has one of these let me know if yours is the same?

I have a Foreo Bear which I've been using daily for a couple of months. With the Bear's "boost", you can feel vibration when you're using the device but the ALDI version doesn't have that so im I'm not sure whether the 'single light' thing means it's not working properly.

Many thanks in advance Smile

Talisin · 01/08/2021 21:49

Mine only shows a single light at a time. It doesn’t vibrate but I do feel a slight, tickly pins and needles sort of sensation in a couple of places. Also, weirdly, a metalic taste in the mouth when I’m doing the jawline.

HornsOfADilemma01 · 01/08/2021 22:10

@Talisin, many thanks for replying and for reassuring me I've not bought a duff one Smile Funnily enough, I have the same metallic taste when i use the Bear!

CarpeVitam · 01/08/2021 22:32

Does anyone have any suggestions for a (cheaper than Nuface) primer gel?

Thanks!

TheBestCandidateByFar · 01/08/2021 22:34

I'm very happy with mine. Has anyone tried the LED face mask?

Talisin · 01/08/2021 22:38

@CarpeVitam I’m using this stuff which appears to be the go-to for users of the Bear/Nu-Face/etc judging by the reviews.

Perfect, thanks very much 😀

GreekOlive · 13/08/2021 10:33

I bought this device on the back of this thread too! Was using religiously for a good 10 days then noticed my skin was a bit sore (using highest intensity) so had a couple of days off. I’m back on it as of yesterday.

I’m desperate to improve my nasolabial folds (they really get me down Sad) but can’t say I’ve seen an improvement yet.
I’m impatient I know!!

Any more feedback on this product?

LadyC43 · 15/08/2021 16:05

Has anyone noticed that jowl area is improved? this is my main problem,

coffeeschmoffee · 22/08/2021 20:25

How's everyone getting on with their massager? I'm about to return it as its just toooo painful! Even on lowest setting with loads of aloe vera gel. It really shocks me and stings! I'm gutted it didnt work out :(

LadyC43 · 22/08/2021 23:15

I bought one similiar to nu face, but it gives a sudden high shock in the middle of using it,then back to normal ,i don't like it or use it

GreekOlive · 29/08/2021 13:25

Im using the Aldi Visager daily. Religiously… just concentrating on cheeks and jawline (not forehead or neck).
I’ve been using it for nearly 4 weeks and I can’t see any difference Sad. I’ve taken pics as I’ve gone on. BUT! I’ve read a lot of articles saying give it 60 days, so I’m holding out hope.

Millylovespuddles · 13/09/2021 21:10

So, I used this for the first time this evening. I read the instructions, applied a gel, but felt absolutely nothing.... should I? The unit beeps every 5 seconds so must be working, but I think I should I feel something or anything!
Can anyone help out here?

GreekOlive · 13/09/2021 21:24

Hi @Millylovespuddles. Most of the time I feel nothing at all. Sometimes I feel a little tingle especially at the tops of my cheeks.
If it’s beeping it’s working. Good luck!

Millylovespuddles · 13/09/2021 22:00

@GreekOlive thanks - how long do you use it for each time?

GreekOlive · 14/09/2021 22:29

There are YouTube tutorials for the Nu Face which I copied. I do it 5x on jawline 5x from mouth to ear and 5x on cheekbone. I’d really recommend watching one of the videos first Smile

Toffeepineapple · 15/09/2021 09:54

Isn't the metallic taste your fillings being sort of...activated?

This has actually put me off buying a NuFace and the like, as it just doesn't sound right too me, although I could just be being paranoid.
