Camouflage makeup? Covering up skin lesion.

First time poster on this board looking for advice.
My dd is 12 and has a lesion on her nose. It is a collection of blood vessels so it is raised and red. DD hates it and says it’s the first thing people notice about her. She said she is asked what it is all the time with her classmates making fun of her.
I have tried to tell her it is part of who she is and she is beautiful. Of course this doesn’t help and she is worried about secondary school and being bullied.
Because the lesion is red and raised the makeup I have tried on her nose looks awful. If she was older foundation and concealer would cover it. However at 12 I don’t want her wearing a full face of make up.
Does anyone know of a concealer or cream that would cover it? She has very pale skin which doesn’t help.
I don’t agree with her wanting to cover it but Dd is desperate to avoid the staring she currently gets.
Any advice appreciated.

Recently had some moles removed via laser and day 9 and nothing to see but a few red marks which will settle down fully in 6 weeks. I cant believe the difference.
