Trainer experts, I need your advice. Which white trainers?

Looking for a pair of white trainers that strike a proper balance between style and comfort. I already have sturdy black Merrell walking trainers for hill walking, but I need something that will do me for a few hours walking around town while looking more stylish than the Merrells. I like the style of Superga white canvas (Cotu Classic?) as they are so neat and will go with dresses and skirts as well as jeans and chinos, but probably need something with a slightly thicker sole for a few hours shopping or sightseeing? Any suggestions for something stylish and not too clumpy that is also comfortable and supportive?

I was looking at Nike Air Force 1, Nike New Balance, these Vejas, and these chunkier Supergas. Any recommendations/ones to avoid?

My stan smiths have been great. I also have Veja Campo and they are excellent.

Not the usual recommendation but I’ve just bought some from camper - white leather uno style. They were in the sale, are really comfortable and look good with dresses/skirts too. They’re not too hot to wear either as the leather is perforated.

I have white Supergas and they are very comfy, even for lots of walking. In fact, I'm going to have to get rid of them soon and it makes me sad

Out of the ones you've linked to I prefer the Supergas and sounds like they are most suited to what you need them for
My current white trainers are Adidas Superstar Bold

I have work vejas and they were ok but some I tried on weren't.
I have Stan Smiths and I don't think they are great but they're ok.

Converse are bad for your feet as they offer no arch support.
Supergas are slightly better but not enough arch support.

I got white leather supergas earlier this year because out of the ones I tried they made my legs look best. Really uncomfortable at first! ( usually wear Nike but forbidden AF1s by teenage son) have added memory foam insoles and they are softening up now and getting more comfy and fine in the rain. Wearing them more and more. They look good.

Love my veja esplar . They were stiff at first but not unwearable or blistering, just firm.

I have Superga in white leather and canvas. I love them.

I’ve got these. I was a bit as I bought them as I think they’re rather frumpy, however they are so supportive and comfortable and I’ve got lots of compliments on them from young people.

I have those vejas in another colour. They were very uncomfortable to start with but once worn in are fine. I hate air force ones as 90% of the kids I teach wear them to school and I think they are ugly. Ive also had lots of pairs of supregras which are much less chunky. I'd go for white leather though as they stay cleaner a lot longer than the canvas ones. You just need to wash/replace the laces.

I have such big feet if I bought a pair of any of these I'd look like I was wearing show shoes! I had plimsolls from Woollies for school gym. That ages me but don't care.

White Fitflop Rallys without a doubt. Leather, look good and extremely comfortable.
