Anyone else excited to seeing what Phoebe Philo creates for her newly announced label?

She’s been such an influence in fashion that I can't wait to see what she’ll come up with now she has the freedom of designing under her own name.

It seems it will be ‘exceptional luxury’ which I take to mean it will be at the ££££ end of the market. Still, I look forward to pressing my nose up against the shop window (metaphorically and perhaps literally) and coveting!

I am hoping for something along the lines of her personal wardrobe- I usually love her outfits, and I like that practical, no nonsense look.

Can’t wait to see! I won’t be able to afford it but I’m sure it will inspire me!

Yes, (although I'd been kind of hoping she might take a cue from Jil Sander and do a collection for Marks and Spencer first).
The prices will be way out of my orbit a) I still enjoy looking at beautiful things even if I can't afford to buy them and b) there's a good chance it'll have an influence on the high street and lord knows, it needs it.

I bet she's had all sorts of companies hopefully dangling a collaboration carrot over the years.
