Help me with my hair pics included !

So at 28 and after two babies I've got grey streak and just at a loss! Was a natural dark blonde before dying my hair dark brown for past 10 years! Tried to get it blonde last year and stopped at this mess and had to get it all cut off!

At a loss! Dh wants me to go back dark but I'm ageing and with grey and light eyebrows it's quite hard to maintain dark hair especially with bright blonde roots come through!

Any help/advice would be appreciated!

no advice but just an opinion: you look healthy, young and beautiful, and so does your hair.

You look young and vibrant and bonny and are nobbut a bairn.

OP - im the same age as you. You shouldn't be thinking too much about 'ageing'. I just got my hair and now resemble Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson's character) - or so I like to think

Do whatever you want to it. The blonde highlights are nice. I can tell you that no bloke's opinion would decide what I did with my hair...

You look lovely and I cant see any greys.
I think you'd probably suit fairer hair than darker - and agree it sounds like it would be high maintenance, so tell your partner to wind his neck in!

Thank you all for your kind comments! Made me smile. Put on 4 stone over the last two years so I guess that needs more attention than hair but these are the few compliments I've received In a very long time

Your hair looks gorgeous and that colour really suits you. You don’t look old at all!! It will be much easier to blend that little bit of grey in with blonde hair rather than dark hair so I’d keep it blonde.

As @SheldonesqueTheBstard says it is just a bit of sparkle. Perhaps go back to your natural colour as it blends in better, boyfriend be damned. He's not the one who has to put chemicals on his head.

On a side note Sheldon I think 48+ hours was my longest, I definitely had to whip around quickly as I thought I'd seen a spider out of the corner of my eye. Hope you get some rest soon!!

The colour suits you so I'd keep it natural - it will be much easier to maintain.

Speak to you hairdresser about balayage to blend through the greys (not foil highlights where your roots will need more upkeep)
