Quick need help, on new foundation?

I haven't brought a foundation for years but need a new one, any suggestions what's is a good brand? I have no idea, thanks

What sort of thing are you looking for? Matte/glowy; light/heavy do you need a wide range of pale/dark shade options? Whats your skin type?

Budget? Spendy or cheap but effective?

Sorry should have said, so budget can be anything, ideally want a medium coverage that I can use for general wear and then also for going out! Skin type I am dry on the cheeks and then lily on the t zone. Thanks

I’ve used so many foundations but there’s only 2 worth mentioning! First one is Dior Forever foundation which I would say is a medium but buildable coverage, I use the matte one as my skin is very oily but they have an alternative if that’s better for you! Second is Too Faced Born This Way foundation. Omg this foundation is a dream! coverage wise it’s amazing but it’s also very lightweight, I find applying with a damp beauty blender gives you a dewy medium coverage that you can build or a dry beauty blender gives a better full coverage! Both foundations are amazing and also do not break me out which is rare

I like Charlotte Tilbury Magic foundation, you can usually get samples on ebay if you need a shade match. Or I think John Lewis sells it.

Its not too glowy, more matte and I can build it easily.

Nars does one called sheer glow which is not that sheer or too glowy

I rate the Clinique foundations.

BB skin long wear. Medium but build able. So natural looking.
