What to do with my hair! With pics.

Long story short, used to have a pixie cut, has grown out over Covid. Naturally very grey from original medium brown. (Currently a touch of purple from school thing.)

Now moderately long for me, but very dull. Spend most of my time with top clipped up.

Can't decide whether to cut again? Have an appointment for cut/colour at weekend.

Was also thinking of stripping original colour ready for appointment?

I think the 'Pixie Cut' is stunning on you. A nice copper/ red colour would look fantastic.

I would go for a mix of red shades and either make your Bob choppier or go short.
You have really lovely eyes and I love your freckles - not many people can pull of short hair but it really suits you.
Me personally I like having hair to style so I might go for a Sharleen Spiteri look?

Can I ask how old you are op? I don't think the short hair looks youthful and flattering at all.
I think you would suit a bit of length like you have just now and brighten up with some blonde baby lights and a trim.
The longer hair suits you better

You really suit the shorter pixie cut, you have a pixie cut face. You look beautiful especially in the pic where you have the baby.

Keep persevering!!!! I went natural pixie and as it got longer it looked dull and drab !! Brown ! So it’s now a short Bob I got a colleague to balayage it to lift the brown then I applied a copper red and I feel so much better ! More like myself ! U do suit the pixie thou for sure ! ( I’m a hairdresser) xx

If you're tempted by a fringe but also thinking of going back to short, why not do both? Have a fringe cut now, then go short next haircut. The bonus is, if you don't like the fringe you don't have to go through the painful growing out phase.

You have a lovely face OP, I think it would really suit you to make more of a feature of your eyebrows, maybe get them microbladed or henna brows if you want something less long lasting? I think a warm colour for your hair would look lovely.

I think shorter and darker, keeping the grey at the front looked fabulous!!

I think short with a heavier/longer front would look good. I know you didn’t ask and you look great as you are but I think I agree with the comments saying you’d suit your eyebrows micro bladed. I think everyone suits a structured brow. Doesn’t have to be heavy or slug like

So, kept some length, but went blunt at the ends. And went red! Stupidly got a little fringe cut in but will get over that.
