Doctor's bags - yay or nay?

I have a bit of a doctor's bag obsession - I currently have three and am looking to buy another one in a medium sort of size for everyday (I already have a huge overnight one, a large one and a teenytiny eveningy one). They suit me because they're deceptively spacious (large broad bottom just like me), easy access and I love the vintage style of them. Also easy to wear crossbody which is essential for me.

My question is, are they considered stylish? Or should I be looking elsewhere for my next purchase? My style is sort of goth lite/vintage (my username is a pretty good clue as to the look I like).

If anyone has any suggestions for a new bag which fits the bill (up to about £400) hit me with it. Or, y'know, another doctor's bag

This is the one I'm considering in black/large. I bought this one last year and it's beautiful but just a little too big/heavy for every day.

No idea if they are fashionable but I like them. Especially if they are quite squashy.

I'm the wrong person to ask if they are stylish but I think they are cute so if you like them, knock yourself out!

Without sounding rude if you are a goth why do you care if they are in fashion? As long as it suits what you are wearing that's great
