Ultimate in that it has to be easy to use and give a really good result (hamfisted user notwithstanding).

Budget not an issue.

M&S do a lovely dark grey metallic one with built in brush.Looks great and stays put

brimfull · 25/11/2007 00:01

I have a Body Shop one ,I'll test that one for cod's piece next week.

So Body Shop one's mine ...right ok ok

I was so proud that my cheapo miss sporty lip gloss made it to cod's piece.

Fame at last

it's really quite nice NdeP

lou33 · 25/11/2007 15:38

oh, btw, you know what i said about the rimmel one staying on overnight?

was perfectly applied when i got up this morning after stumbling into bed at silly o clock and not removing my slap

expatinscotland · 25/11/2007 15:38

maybe it's just me, but i'm 36 and have dismissed liquid eye liners as mutton dressed as lamb for me.

suzywong · 25/11/2007 15:42

ooooo, hark at her!

get out your Damart and Yardley scent you old codger, you

expatinscotland · 25/11/2007 15:43

the last thing i want to do is draw attention to the tightening skin under my eyes!

i don't have any wrinkles - yet! - but i have some lines on my forehead i would Botox out in a millisecond if i had the means.

crunchie · 25/11/2007 15:44

yeah that MAC one is FAB isn't it. I got a pack of 3 duty free for £24, black, brown and the most divine turquoise FAB FAB stuff, but yes impossible to remove without oil based removal stuff. ACtually I often use DH's theatrical make up remover, it is the best

lou33 · 25/11/2007 15:45

ah but i dont use liquid eyeliner under my eyes, top lid only

NomDePlume · 25/11/2007 15:51

I wouldn't use it under my eyes either.

BTW, not arsed about looking mutton-y, am 25.....

lou33 · 25/11/2007 17:29

i'm not arsed either and i am nearly 41

Beetroot · 25/11/2007 17:33

dressedupnowheretogotilxmas · 26/11/2007 09:19

TheMoistWorldOfSeptimusQuench · 26/11/2007 09:28

Whenever I use liquid liner, it always smudges in the corner of my eyes before drying. Any tips? Do I have to prop my eyes open with matchsticks til it dries?
