Concealer recommendations for very fair skin

Currently using MAC pro longwear concealer but wondering if anyone could recommend a cheaper alternative that's just as good?
I'm very fair skinned and struggle to find makeup that doesn't look orange on my skin but I can't justify £20 a pop for 9ml just now!

Boots No 7 has a range of colours. It's what I use.

If you want super cheap, try Primark. Revolution and similar brands in Superdrug might be worth a look.

KirstenBlest · 07/07/2021 11:45

Boots No 7. The colours look better in the store.

Darklane · 07/07/2021 11:55

Yes, Boots No7 Porcelain is very good.

minipie · 07/07/2021 12:14

I have Max Factor Facefinity which I think is good and comes in very pale colours. I also have concealers from MAC, NARS and Estee Lauder and it’s as good as any of them. It probably isn’t as long lasting as the Pro Longwear concealer though.

FreshFaceTime · 07/07/2021 12:20

Not sure if the shades will be light enough but I read on here that the Aldi radiant concealer is a great Nars dupe and they have it in their current beauty event...

MouldyPotato · 07/07/2021 12:26

I was going to suggest NARS. Can't remember the price of it though.

JudyMoonlight · 07/07/2021 12:38

Revolution concealers go to very pale shades, the last one is practically white iirc.

I use Maybelline age rewind The Fair one is very light with fab coverage and only £8

franfranwills · 07/07/2021 14:08

I find Natural Rose matches my fair complexion im a natural Red head and it suits me.

AngeloMysterioso · 07/07/2021 15:53

I buy the Collection Lasting Perfection concealer from Boots in Extra Fair, it’s about a fiver.

tracyon · 07/07/2021 16:10

Second the revolution one..only one I’ve found that’s been too pale

mrssmiling · 07/07/2021 16:18

Another vote for Collection - Extra Fair. Bargain price, and it’s excellent, as is the Extra Fair foundation with SP30.

doubleshotespresso · 07/07/2021 16:27

Revolution is great but very high coverage, you don't need to use a lot. Think it's called "Conceal & Define"
Maybelline magic eraser in "Brightener" is perfectly pale enough for me , great for under eye dark circles and sits well.
I also recently discovered a colour changing one via Amazon that comes in a nifty twist thing with an excellent brush for blending it out: Think it was about £8 and it's absolutely brilliant.

The Aldi one IS a mirror dupe of the Nars radiant concealer, having had both I can confidently confirm. I stock up every time they bring it out. It’s bloody brilliant.

Aquamarine1029 · 07/07/2021 16:58

The Ordinary has a wonderful concealer and their serum foundation is amazing, too.

girlmama32 · 07/07/2021 19:06

Thankyou all for your recommendations!

@Journeynotdestination, which Aldi concealer is it?

BeeyatchPlease · 07/07/2021 19:14

L'Oréal Infallible concealer is great (my MAC dupe) and is high coverage so you only need a little bit. There is wide range of colours too.

Thanks for the tip!
Journeynotdestination · 07/07/2021 19:33

@KirstenBlest it their Lacura Radiant Concealer. I use Latte. I’m medium tone. Sold out online but another poster mentioned they are in store. I buy 3 at a time!

KirstenBlest · 07/07/2021 19:42

Thanks. I'll have a look next time I'm there.

There isn't an Aldi near where I live so I'll have to drive somewhere. I usually pop in if I pass one and stock up on my favourite items.

Ohbeeryme · 10/07/2021 04:27

I thought I was as pale as it got but I bought a loreal infallible one that’s good but way too light. I am a shade 0/1 in foundation to give you an idea!
