Hi all,

I'm after one of these. I wanted it in red but it's discontinued. It's only available in black and rose beige. I don't really wear black - I like warm, deep colours and jewel colours. I don't have a black bag so maybe that's reason enough to go for black.

Beige would be more my thing as a neutral, but I'm just not sure. (I want the red!).

They only seem to do two colours. Maybe they do a seasonal one at times?

Any words of wisdom?

Oh that's made me so happy I got the red Journey. Thanks for sharing. Yes, I have a couple of those. I have a felt one in my small Mulberry (because it will apparently lose its shape otherse) but it's quite thick and I can't fit much in it now! Hence wanting this Gucci one.

I love the colour of your inner. Would you mind sharing what size you got? (Also, I'm a sucker for pockets in a bag so this looks fab).

I took out the drawstring as the pull tags got in the way!

They used to offer quite a few colours so the fact there are just two colours makes me think they're phasing this style out.

Ooh thanks for the link to the organiser. I’d stopped using my red disco as felt it was losing shape a bit but might give this a go.
I brought mine quite a while ago now and it’s got quite a few marks on it but the colour has held well. It’s scratches by the zip etc.

Only thing that annoys me is people assuming it’s fake. A friend at work brought one in Turkey. She paid about £100 for it but it really is identical to mine (I paid £695 or maybe it was £595 can’t remember now) she said they had lower quality ‘copies’ for about £30 but for a real leather good copy ot was £100. I feel slightly robbed as all I got extra was a nice box and a fabric bag. 😃

They are also bigger than you think, carry a fair bit I find

I'm honestly so happy I got one. Especially as it seems like my last chance and this was the only one in the world, it would appear.

I've started my own business this year and I've worked so so hard and not paid myself a penny yet. So this is a little 'you go girl' gift.

I love it in the red; you made the right choice - nude/beige bags are everywhere but a bag in the right shade of red can be highly elusive.

I bought the black a few weeks ago and am rally happy with it.

@Journeynotdestination it's 1cm longer and taller than the bag measurements on the Gucci website. Can you please confirm that it fits okay? I guess it can be slightly kinked and it's fine?

My gosh, so glad you went with Farfetch over vestaire collective. The bag is beautiful. My sister had one in a metallic purple from 7-8 years ago. She used it alot and doesn't baby her bags. Enjoy your bag!

Farfetch is completely legit. It's a great site, I love it for rare pieces. Vestiaire not so much - I've heard so many horror stories about it (not only fakes but items not being as described). It's ok but you have to be careful/be very knowledgeable

@NinnyNewName yes it fits perfectly, it scrunches down a little. You might want to cut out the drawstring though as the tags get in the way.
