Ulla popken anyone?

Have discovered this website . They have some really lovely clothes but the reviews on trust pilot are poor.
Has anyone used them? What is the quality of the clothes like? Customer service? Delivery?

I've got a lovely ski jacket from there. I bought it at their Cologne store when on holiday a few years ago, it's really nice quality. It's not cheap but it is reputable.

I love their styling but it isn't very durable - some jumpers and shirts I have only got a couple of wears out of before the holes appear. They also seem to think that if you are larger you have massive wrists!
