Nioxin

Hi, has anyone tried this? I’ve just got the trial pack of shampoo, conditioner and leave-in treatment (thought I’d opt for that first rather than take the super spendy plunge straight off!).

Keen for any experiences (and open to other recommendations too) as my hair is really fine and feels like it’s getting thinner.

Peppermint oil is as effective

They do cheaper scalp solutions with peppermint or you can make your own, but you may hate the smell.

Thanks @chickenyhead. I noticed the Nioxin smelt/felt a bit pepperminty when I used it earlier. Good to know there’s potentially a cheaper alternative!

I use the thickening spray and it's great
