Best body exfoliator

Hi all,

Which body exfoliator would you recommend - I'm looking for something coarse that can help with rough dry skin. Willing to pay for a premium product but would equally welcome cheaper suggestions...

Thanks in advance

Herbivore do some really nice ones.

I got a scrubby mitt thing from rituals. Its like sandpaper.

Make your own.

I'm a trained beauty therapist and former salon owner and some of the best things I used on clients were the most simple. So for a nice exfoliation mix coarse sea salt with olive oil and slather it on in the bath or shower being careful because it's slippy. Don't use salt on the face though, substitute with sugar.

Korean Italy exfoliation cloths from Amazon are great

Not a traditional exfoliator but ameliorate transforming body lotion is brilliant. Contains lactic acid to help exfoliate dead skin and has cleared up the chicken skin on my arms.

Either of the two which Beauty Pie do. I use the Super Healthy Skin version.

Whatever you choose make sure its made with either salt or sugar in oil. Ground up walnut shells in cream etc are useless.

I make my own by mixing sugar and coconut oil so exfoliating and moisturising at the same time. It’s really good.

I love the Clarins Tonic Sugar Polisher. It's got oils in it so I feel like my skin comes out smooth and not dehydrated. Have been using a Rituals one recently too which is also nice but a bit harsher, although the oil factor is also there and still lovely.

Korean cloths from Amazon or daily body brushing - can reach your back if you get one with a long handle.

I use Superdrug's own Vit E Sugar and Oil Scrub ... lovely big chunks , smells lovely and usually on buy one get another half price
I do have a couple that are quite pricey but always come back to this

The Korean exfoliating cloths are amazing - the amount of skin that rolls off into the bottom of the bath is just unbelievable!

However, I also really like the Sanctuary Salt Scrub - I love the smell and the oil is so moisturising, its lovely! I also sometimes make my own with coconut oil and sugar but it's not as nice as the Sanctuary one.

I tried those Korean cloths - did absolutely nothing for me at all
Tried all the given advice re water soaps time spent in bath temperature etc
Absolutely nada
