Hair long or shorter?

Which length and style/colour do you prefer or think suits me better? Thank you.

I love the second colour, the lighter shades really suit you. Wish my hair looked that good right now!

Longer but lighter! The one with the balayage/ ombre colour is much more flattering. I'd be tempted to take it even slightly lighter

That said it looks like you've got make up & nice outfit on in the second picture so the whole overall look appears better. But what about when hair isn't curled, make up done etc.

Lighter and shorter

Definitely the second picture. Cut and colour is lovely. The first pic looks more like a teenage hair style

Second picture! You look great in lighter color - I would do the arm length and maybe even lighter than the second picture.

The 2nd pic is a really lovely photo in general so seems easy to say that one.
I'd go a bit shorter too.

I don't think the pictures are a fair comparison TBH, because you clearly have a lot more make up on in one than the other. Plus there's better lighting, nicer clothes etc.

Definitely the lighter colour which looks lovely in both pictures. The dark looks very flat and so harsh. That dark colour suits very few people (unless it's natural obviously).

The lighter colour really suits you. I think the darker is a bit harsh
