Karen millen dress sizing

Hi everyone I'm looking some advise iv seen a lovely km dress on ebay that I would love to buy for a wedding I'm going to but iv heard that their dresses run small in sizing, im normally a size 10, im 5,3, 36 inch bust 29 inch waist, I was going to buy the size 12 do you think a 12 would fit, I would appreciate some feed back thanks

Depends on the style of dress, but I’ve always found them pretty true to size, especially for those of us who are shorter!

I think they are small and slim fitting
