At times like this I wish I was "normal" and wanted traditional white/ivory!!

Any suggestions?

On a budget...

My wedding dress was blush and I got it from ASOS but this was a couple of years ago. I’ve seen a few beautiful embellished ones pop up on boohoo and new look adverts etc

I used to work in the industry op.

Just because a dress is advertised in white/ivory etc doesn't mean it isn't available in other colours, they've been available in many colours for many years.

You could google "blush pink wedding dress" which I suspect you already have, or you could speak to boutiques and retailers and they should be able to tell you which of their items are available in the colour you prefer - not all their stock is advertised on websites either, previous season or ex display dresses aren't but they're usually in perfectly good condition and will be much cheaper.

If you are looking for a non traditional style also then you may be better looking at bridesmaid ranges or formal wear generally

If it is a wedding dress you want but want a shorter length, depending on the fabric and style this is usually something a good experienced bridal seamstress can do BUT I would caution against using a high street seamstress or well meaning friend/family member doing so - I've dealt with many a tearful bride who's dress has been ruined as a result of not using a good bridal seamstress

That Bardot Neck Embroidered Midi Dress at coast is nice.

Thank you. I know I'm fussy!! I love the House of Mooshki dresses as they're sparkly and very pretty but too expensive!!!

Omg I love those blush dresses on say yes to the dress! The black women often choose them & they look amazing on dark skin tones. All the mums get cats bum mouths at the pink dresses.

Good for you having a coloured dress. I sometimes regret not having a red wedding dress. I had a gold Ian Stuart Inez 🤩 instead.

What is your budget and timescales? Many Indian wedding dress designers / shops have huge backlogs of baby pink clothing / material from when it was last in fashion and so might be able to make you a western style dress. Call designers like Monga’s and Arinder Bhullar to see what prices they come up with.

How about getting the one you like in white and dying (sp) it? I washed my dry clean only wedding dress and it came out fine.
