Would curly girl method work on my hair?

Please excuse the greys Shock

My hair is very dry and brittle, if just washed and conditioned it naturally dries to this frizzy half hearted mess! I've tried all sorts of conditioners, gels, serums etc and don't use straighteners, curlers etc too much. Is it worth having a proper go with curly girl method? Any advice?

I think you could encourage a nice wave with modified curly girl. Use a gentle sulphate free cleanser and a light but moisturising silicone free conditioner, probably with some protein if your hair is bleach damaged.

Papaya garnier hair food might be a good place to start.

Thank you @PickAChew, I've tried the banana hair food but not the papaya I'll try that.
My hair is bleach damaged yes, I will look at protein Smile.
