Can you get testers at make up counter just now.

I know you can’t get testers that you use yourself but if I went with my own little tester pot, would the no 7 counter give me a sample of their tinted moisturiser or is it a complete no?

I’d also like to know this OP!

Hi I've recently got some samples from No7 of foundation so they are doing them now.

I couldn't get any testers last week but purchased anyway having spoken to the SA, however I really don't like the product (Lancôme eye pencil) as it's quite hard and difficult to line my eyes

Wouldn't mind if it was a cheaper brand but as it is, am a bit miffed!

I did wonder if I could return as not suitable & couldn't test it at the time?

Thanks. I’m going shopping at the weekend. I think I’ll take a couple of pots with me and if they can give samples, I’ll take them. Understand if they can’t though.

Boots were letting you buy and return if it didn't suit

That might only be foundation though

Just popping back to say Boots gave me a refund on the eye pencil. Their current policy is they will refund if the product is not suitable as there are no testers. You need to keep your receipt otherwise it's an exchange or voucher
