White trainers

I’m looking for white trainers that are comfortable and practical with jeans, skirts, dresses. Not running trainers or a pair I’d wear to the gym.

I quite like the Mint Velvet ones but wondered what others were wearing.

I’m 43 if that matters, wear a lot of Hush, Mint Velvet, Boden, Swetty Betty… and feel like a middle age juggling career and primary age kids mum cliche…

Vejas seem to be the most ubiquitous amongst the mums at our primary school at the moment. I'm worried about trying them though as a lot of reviews say they're uncomfortable and although they look good, I can't deal with sore feet!

Personally I find Adidas best for me, particularly gazelles or superstars. Stan Smiths are popular but they don't look right on me.

Or supergas if you want more of a pump style and don't need to walk too far in them?

I bought my daughter mint velvet ones ans she literally wears them all the time (apart from st work) she says they are really comfy. They were the pewter laceless ones and she is now 24.

Axel Arigato! I treated myself as I got a Selfridge's voucher which shouldered some of the cost. I am very pleased with them

Thank you! I’ve had a look at all brands mentioned and ordered three pairs of trainers to try. Really helpful, love the look of Veja and Air and Grace, plus ordered a Mint Velvet pair to try too. Hopefully one turns out to be what I’m looking for!

Just bought a pair of Vejas. I got the v10 which are a mesh type, much more comfortable that the leather ones IMO.
