Stretchy walking trousers

I've had loose walking trousers in the past, but because my body shape tends towards the round, the ones that fit round my waist tend to be very loose in the leg and are hard to tuck into wellies, socks etc. So, I was wondering about something better fitting and stretchy, but I'm getting a bit lost in online walking shops. Has anyone tried any good ones, suitable for rounder, shorter people??

I just walk in leggings, thick ones in winter with a long top/layers, thin in summer, or shorts.
I’ve never found comfortable women’s walking trousers.

I also just wear leggings (sweaty betty power have a side pocket which I find handy) and then waterproof overtrousers when I need them.

Acai trousers are really stretchy. I have them in a petite length

I was going to say ACAI as well. They've got stretchy ones in a thin material for summer, and fleece lined ones for winter.

Acia too!

Ooh, Acai look interesting. I'd be happier if there were any reviews from rounder, fatter people, though!

I'm 5ft and bought some stretchy leggings for walking from a tiny brand called Avo Activewear. She specialises in petite active wear. They're perfect for me as they sit in the right place on my waist and don't need to rolled up 4 times.
I've tried walking trousers from Craghoppers etc but they're always too long / uncomfortable around the middle. Acai look lovely but they're too pricey for me.

I've just got age 14 walking trousers from Decathlon that fit me beautifully (I'm 5'). They are stretchy and v cheap.
