Recommend the best tinted moisturizer and casual work clothes!!

I am starting a new role soon which is a role in the construction industry (very different to my current industry) and it will come with very early mornings and long days.

My current role is very much a full 'but natural' if that exists face and smart casual work clothes.

I don't want to appear to done or try hard in my new role, although it is an 'office' based role (my new office is actually a portacabin!) so I'd just like to wear tinted moisturizer and ditch the smart clothes. This is all i've ever known though!

All tinted moisturizers leave like an orange or yellow tinge on my face or slide off my face during the day... can anyone recommend a good one?

Also... what am I supposed to wear? I've never actually been to my new workplace as the interviews were done remotely...

I like the bare minerals complexion rescue as it comes in a few shades

Trinny London is working for me

The no 7 tinted CC cream is really nice and quite reasonably priced.

I work in a construction related role. If you’re actually on a construction site, I’d suggest trousers and a top with flat shoes. You might need to wear safety boots to get to the office depending where it is? If it’s a portacabin cabin these do tend to be quite cold or hot and usually don’t have air con.

I mix my usual foundation with my day cream when I want a tinted moisturiser, sheer finish. Be careful that the two formulations don't clash though or it may pill on the skin. I'm currently using The Ordinary serum foundation and a L'oreal day cream and it works really well.

Woman in construction industry here. I don't wear any make up to work so can't comment on that but smart black straight/bootcut jeans (Asda do nice ones at very reasonable price) with boots, generally safety boots but any flatish ankle height boot. Top wise i've got a few blouse type shirts, dorothy perkins do nice ones, they're stretchy v neck so not as formal as a shirt but smarter than a t-shirt

I like the Glossier skin tint though it's very sheer. They will match you from a photo if you email it to them. Mine wasn't quite right so they replaced it free of charge; really great customer service

I really like the Nars tinted moisturiser - seems to give just the right level of coverage whilst still looking very natural, just a bit more polished. Also is actually a good moisturiser with SPF so fine as one step and done in the mornings.

Yes I like it too. It stays on well for me but I do also use primer
