A very non-glamorous thread here. But I get very painful large - almost boil like acne on my neck during my time of the month. Currently have a big painful one - it's about the size of a pea, but under my skin. They take ages to come to the surface. Not only do they look awful but they hurt. Does anyone else have this problem? Is there a trick to getting rid of them? I'm 40. I rarely ever get acne. I've tried glycolic acid pads and also tend skin which normally clears a pimple up in a day or two if I ever do get one. But this one is just ugh! And I want it gone ASAP! Help!
