Okay - a challenge for you.

Central London but very limited time
£250
I only wear silver

Where should I go? I'll only have time for one or two shops and no time for travelling from one to another, so if it's more than one they need to be close together!

Hit me! Grin

What is your style?
Dainty
Bold
Modern
Quirky
Simple
Long/16”/18”???
There are a lot of options!
I don’t know central London btw but I do love jewellery, is online an option? How time limited are you?

bendmeoverbackwards · 28/06/2021 22:05

How about Liberty?

zeddybrek · 28/06/2021 22:58

Shaun Leane either in Selfridges or Liberty.

OutComeTheWolves · 28/06/2021 23:11

I'd go on the Carrie Elizabeth website and buy two!

CrackerGal · 28/06/2021 23:13

Tiffany's

Grumpasaurus · 28/06/2021 23:31

Monica Vinader is my go to right now

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 29/06/2021 16:51

Thanks for these.

I like Monica V but none of their necklaces are really standing out to me.

I wondered about Tiffany but there's not much at that price and I'm not sure.

Will look at Liberty (shop of dreams).

Online not an option as I want to see it and watch it being wrapped up etc as a special treat!

Style is a mixture of pretty, quirky and old goth who likes weird stuff, so not very helpful! Ideally I'd like something for everyday, to replace the Alex Monroe one that I've been wearing.

slightly over, but a classic

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 29/06/2021 20:19

I like that a lot, Paula.

I love many of the Tiffany ones

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 30/06/2021 20:11

Which is your favourite, DGFB?

Pity you dont want to go online as I would go for Sheila Fleet every time.

Just had a browse. Really pretty, but perhaps a bit 'too' pretty for me.

I love the sea ones - not the daisy and bee ones which I find a bit twee. I’m heading up to Orkney next week so planning on treating myself to another piece. What to choose????

bendmeoverbackwards · 30/06/2021 21:47

@dementedma I love this

@RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie I’d go for the Tiffany bean necklace, understated elegance.

It's really nice. I've been looking at the teardrop one too.

If you really want to go weird/goth check out Tessa Metcalf, she has a shop in London (only by appointment) very much a love it or hate it style www.tessametcalfejewellery.co.uk/collections/all

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 01/07/2021 20:23

I like what I see there but there's hardly any necklaces on the website, and very limited in silver.

Did you decide on anything @RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie?

ImbarbaraB · 08/07/2021 09:39

If you like pretty quirky / goth then how about Cult of Youth?

ImbarbaraB · 08/07/2021 09:39

Sorry I forgot the link to her website - www.followthecult.com/

@dementedma Sheila Fleet has opened a new shop in St Andrews. I may be mistaken but I think you maybe don't live a million miles away and could visit it some time?
