Repairing delicate fabric

First time of wearing and it got a rip🙈An L-shaped one. What’s the best way to repair- professional sewing or spray fabric glue?

Tricky one.
I think I would try a very small piece of iron on interfacing (fine) Carefully cut it so that it isn't a straight edge but sits under the flowers. position this and iron. Then I would get a fine ivory thread and try to reinstate some of the disrupted flowers with very fine stitches.
I have experience with repairs but usually work on silk curtains!
