Any recommendations for products I can use on my hair to protect it from daily drying and straightening? Any advice welcome

I got the ghd heat protector spray. I was hoping it would make my hair glossy like it looks after the hairdresser has done it. Sadly not!
It's very light weight so good for my fine hair.

@Girlintheframe ah that’s a shame I was just thinking I’d like a product that makes hair shiny too, I’ve heard leaving olive oil in for an hour or two helps with shine, just rub some in palms of hands and massage it on from root to tip then wash out after an hour or so, I might try that tomorrow

Yes I've heard olive oil is good but I fear it would weigh my hair down. Moroccan oil is very good. It may be a heat protector too, I can't remember. I bought a travel size bottle to try and really rate it.
I've concluded nothing can get my hair as glossy as my hairdresser sadly.

Lee Stafford is nice, smells very sweet though

I use the Elnett one. It smells lovely and leaves my hair shiny. I’ve tried loads over the years but this is the best one.
